  I recently purchased some rubber from this organisation, and the staff there were very polite and helpful, however, Charmaine, stood out from the crowd. She picked up from where another staff member left off, and saved the day, so well done, for being so understanding, even when I was stressed, due to another staff member's inefficiency.

My husband and I have recently purchased our third trailer from your company and again you have exceeded our expectations. Good quality trailer, excellent customer service and great turn around time.   Thank you regarding my recent trailer purchase. I thought your service was great replying very quickly,ringing me on a Friday night at 6 o'clock as I'm sure others wouldn't,answering all the questions I asked,also having you do the roadworthy was a big help as I wouldn't have had time.

  A big thanks, to the young man that went out of his way, and delivered the rubber, on his way home from work, he was friendly and efficient too, (sorry I didn't get his name). What started off not so good, with another staff member, ended well thanks to these lovely people, who just made things happen.
